For the first time, a military official has confirmed the existence of a secret prison-within-a-prison at Guantanamo Bay. Rear Adm. Mark Buzby tells the Associated Press that 15 men suspected of being high-level members of al-Qaeda are being held in the maximum-security cells of Camp 7.
